Miss Elle is the owner and operator of Oakville Preschool Learning Centre. She has a passion for providing the highest quality care and education and for making a positive difference to the lives of others. Elle has pride in the service she provides and strives to provide families, children, staff and the community with a unique high quality early education experience. Elle has been in the early childhood industry for over 19 years and has a vast range of experience working with children of all age groups and managing different teams. Elle has managed Oakville Preschool for 15 years and absolutely loves what she does. Elle has 3 young children of her own.
Miss Kristy
Director/Nominated Supervisor
Miss Kristy holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and has been employed at Oakville Preschool Learning Centre for over 11 years. Kristy has been in the early childhood industry for over 19 years and she absolutely loves everything from building connections with the children and families to helping them grow and learn throughout their preschool years. Kristy has a passion for connecting deeply with our community and for building strong and long lasting connections. Kristy has two young children of her own and prides herself in building strong relationships with the families and supporting the Oakville team.
Miss Mel
Assistant Director
Miss Mel is the assistant Director of Oakville Preschool Learning Centre. Mel holds her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and has close to 20 years experience in the early childhood industry. Mel 2 young children of her own and has been a passionate educator of the Oakville Preschool family for over 12 years. Mel believes all children have the right to feel supported and safe with their physical and emotional needs met in an empowered and engaging environment. Mel is dedicated to the early childhood industry and thrives on her ongoing relationships with families, children, educators and the community.
Miss Ally
Kangaroo Room Leader
Miss Ally holds her Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and is the Room Leader of our Kangaroo Room. Ally has been nominated for many early childhood education and care awards. Ally says that working with children is extremely gratifying and that she is grateful to have been given the opportunity to impact the lives of each child and family that she meets. Ally’s positive approach and smile is infectious. Ally has been at Oakville Preschool for over 5 years and looks forward to strengthening her relationships with her families each year and sharing her knowledge and passion with her fellow educators.
Miss Jenna
Kangaroo Educator
Miss Jenna holds her Bachelor of Teaching in Early Childhood Education. Jenna works in our Kangaroo Prep Room and has a young family of her own.Jenna is very passionate about supporting and guiding children to have a positive mindset, strive to reach their full potential and to have all the skills ready to begin their journey onwards to Primary School. Jenna loves seeing the children achieve milestones and master new skills in their learning and development. Jenna has two young boys of her own. Jenna has a passion for being outside in nature, practicing yoga, mindfulness and dancing and is our Wellness and Wellbeing Coordinator.
Miss Felicity
Kangaroo Educator
Miss Felicity holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and is currently studying her Diploma. Felicity loves working in this industry as it has given her the opportunity to have a positive impact on all of the lives of the children in our care, she loves putting a smile on the children’s faces each day and watching them grow into their own individual person. Felicity works in our Kangaroo Room and has been at the service for over 5 years. Felicity has a passion for building strong relationships with families. Felicity is also our First Aid Coordinator and enjoys supporting other educators and sharing her knowledge.
Miss Rachel
Kangaroo Educator
Miss Rachel holds her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and has worked at Oakville Preschool Learning Centre for 12 years, she commenced at Oakville as a trainee and has now has a young family of her own. Rachel works part time in our Kangaroo Room and has so much passion for Early Childhood Education, giving all children and families the best support and guidance.Rachel has a wealth of knowledge and adapts to the current curriculums and practices to ensure to most up to date programs are offered. Rachel’s relationships with each child and family is very special and something she truly nurtures.
Miss Sarah
Kangaroo Educator
Miss Sarah holds her Bachelor of Teaching and has been part of the Early Childhood Industry for over 20 years. Sarah works part time, and is an educator in our Kangaroo Room. Miss Sarah is a wealth of knowledge and her passion definitely shines within her role in the Prep room. Miss Sarah loves building relationships with the children and families and she has the most nurturing approach to teaching always supportive and scaffolding all learning allowing them to make new discoveries. Sarah is also our Inclusion and Diversity coordinator.
Miss Sinead
Kangaroo Educator
Miss Sinead currently holds her Diploma in Early childhood Education and has been at the service for over 10 years. Sinead works 4 days in our Kangaroo room. Sinead loves learning new things and is a great asset to Oakville. Sinead loves to share her knowledge and passion and confidently builds relationships with the children and families at the service. Sinead in constantly reflecting and making positive changes to ensure the best service, care and education is offered. Sinead believes in high quality care and education. Sinead has 2 young daughters of her own and a passion for quality early childhood education and care.
Miss Bianca holds her Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. Bianca works full time in our Kangaroo Prep Room.Miss Bianca is our assistant Room Leader. Bianca says that working in the early childhood industry is an extremely rewarding job. She loves being able to inspire and build on each child’s knowledge, it brings her so much joy. Bianca has a passion for bundling strong and positive relationships with all families. She loves providing families quality feedback on their child's day and progress.
Miss Ashleigh
Kangaroo Educator
Miss Ashleigh holds her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and care and is currently studying her Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and care. Ashleigh has over 20 years experience in the early childhood industry and happily arrives to work each day knowing she is a part of helping support each child as they begin their lifelong learning adventure. Ashleigh has a passion for music and being creative. Ashleigh has 2 young children of her own and values the importance of positive connections with all children and their families.
Miss Caity
Kangaroo Educator
Miss Caity holds her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and has been a part of the Oakville Preschool team for over 8 years. Caity has experience working in all age groups and has the ability to adapt to working within all rooms of our service. Caity prides herself in having positive and strong connections to the children and families and had 2 young children of her own. Caity works part time and looks forward to increasing her days as her babies grow. Caity 's passion and dedication is valued and she loves her role within our service.
Miss Taylor
Joey Room leader
Miss Taylor holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and is currently studying her Bachelor of Teaching (0-5yrs). Taylor works full time Monday-Friday and has been in the industry for over 12 years. Taylor is excited to share her knowledge and experience with the team and embed her passion for loose parts play, purposeful mark making experiences, inviting learning environments and project/skills based learning within the Joey environment. Taylor is excited to build strong relationships with families and lead the Joey team. Taylor is also our Kitchen Maintenance and Food Safety Coordinator.
Miss Steph
Joey Educator/Educational Leader
Miss Steph has a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and has been working in the industry and a part of Oakville Preschool for 15 years. Steph works in our Joey Room and has 2 young boys of her own. Steph is also our Educational Leader. Steph loves working in early childhood and building special and unique bonds with all children and families. She hopes that all of the children she works with walk away being enthusiastic about learning and prepared for their life ahead. Steph is very professional and passionate and a great attribute to Team Oakville.
Miss Kelly
Joey Educator
Miss Kelly has a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and is studying her Bachelor in Early Childhood. Kelly works in our Joey Room (Monday,Tuesday, Thursday and Friday). Kelly has 2 young daughters. Kelly has been in the industry for over 10 years and has a nurturing, understanding and calming approach. Kelly ensures each child feel safe, secure and happy and the families are comfortable to leave their children in our care. Kelly prides herself in delivering quality early childhood education and care and promotes inclusivity and diversity.
Miss Madalyn
Joey Educator
Miss Madalyn currently holds her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Madalyn works full time Monday - Friday and is excited to watch and support the children to develop and grow. Madalyn has a wonderful work ethic and comes into the service each day with a positive and dedicated attitude. Madalyn is happy to help and assist with any task and enjoys supporting the team, children and families. Madalyn is excited to be part of our Joey room. Madalyn is our Sustainability officer and thrives off supporting the service to reduce our carbon footprint.
Miss Nat
Joey Educator
Miss Nat holds her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Miss Nat work 4 days - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in our Joey Room. Nat has a young son and 3 step sons. Nat loves building positive and strong relationships with all children and families. Nat has been in the industry for over 23 years and has been in various roles within the sector including leadership roles. Nat shares in the services vision for quality early childhood education and care. Nat enjoys extending on the children's interests and supporting them with their growth and development.
Miss Lisa
Joey Educator
Miss Lisa has recently joined our Oakville team, she holds her Certificate III in Early Childhood Educator and care and and is currently studying her Diploma. Lisa's kind, caring and gentle approach is welcomed in our Joey room. Lisa enjoys engaging in fun, creative and exciting activities with the children. She loves supporting the children to express their thoughts and feelings through art, craft and dance. Lisa works part time in our Joey room and looks forward to getting to know all of the children and families.

Miss Rochelle
Cockatoo Room leader
Miss Rochelle holds her Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. Rochelle has been working at Oakville Preschool Learning Centre for over 6 years, she currently works full time in our Cockatoo Room (2-3 years as our Room Leader. Rochelle says that every day is so different and rewarding and it is so lovely to see the children’s personalities shining in the environment. Rochelle loves that she plays such a big and positive part in each child’s life. Rochelle believes in collaborative partnerships with families to ensure the best outcomes for all children.

Miss Rhiannon
Cockatoo Educator
Miss Rhiannon holds her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and care. Miss Rhiannon is an enthusiastic team member who loves her position in the Cockatoo Room. She takes her time to form positive and strong bonds with each child and family and loves giving families detailed feedback on their child's day. Miss Rhiannon's creative flare is admired by all and her positive attitude is infectious. Rhiannon has a 'can do' attitude and is very motivated to provide the absolute best care and education to the children and the most high quality environment. Rhiannon has pride in her role and position. Rhiannon is also our Work, Health and Safety Coordinator and takes pride in supporting the centre with her role.
Miss Kate
Cockatoo Educator
Miss Kate holds her Certificate III in Early Childhood education and care and completed this qualification through a School based traineeship with Oakville over 2 years ago. Miss Kate bring something special to our Cockatoo room, her kind, nurturing and caring personalist is lovely by the children and families. Kate is very friendly oriented and values relationships and positive connections. Kate is happy to help and assist with any task and she enjoys supporting the children as they settle into care. Kate is excited to meet each child and loves being a aprt of their preschool journey.
Miss Hannah
Cockatoo Educator
Miss Hannah holds her bachelor on Early Childhood Education and Care and she works full time in out Cockatoo room.Hannah has over 10 years experience and has worked with a vast range of children from different age groups. Hannah is caring and loves supporting children through their early years of learning and development. Hannah looks forward to meeting all of the children and families each year and prides her self on building positive and strong relationships.
Miss Chloe
Trainee
Miss Chloe is currently completing her Certificate III qualification through a full time traineeship. Chloe works across all rooms and age groups of the service as she is exposed to each age group and works alongside the team to support them and learn through theory and practical based work. Miss Chloe is due to complete her traineeship in early 2027.
