Waitlist and Enrolment Process
Enrolment Procedure
and Orientation
Our Centre is currently at full capacity and we do have a waiting list in place for all new enrolments. Yearly enrolments for January intake begin in August/September each year. Places are allocated first to children already enrolled and their siblings. Positions are then allocated to children in order of their position on the waiting list. We do take enrolment intakes throughout the year however gaining a position does depend on availability. You can contact us directly via phone, email or a visit to our Centre for wait listing applications. We invite families to visit us at any time convenient to themselves, an appointment for a tour is not necessary.
Families are encouraged to visit our Centre with their children prior to their child’s first day. We encourage 1 -2 orientation plays. Families and children are welcome to visit our Centre prior to commencement as many times as they feel necessary in order to ensure a smooth and positive transition to Oakville Preschool Learning Centre. Orientation visits are a great opportunity for children and families to become familiar with our environment and educators. Parents must stay with their child during these visits.
Please contact us to discuss enrolment for your child, we will be happy to assist with all of your queries and to provide you with further information about our Centre.
